On the 7^th, the en banc Federal Accounting Court approved the recommendations of the operational audit report on the limitations of organized ports, in which the Office of Infrastructure (“SEINFRA”) had pointed out the flight from private investment in public areas.

Part of the recommendations for making the public facilities regime more flexible is already supported by the mini-reform promoted in the Ports Law by Law No. 14.047/2020, the result of the conversion of Provisional Presidential Decree No. 945/2020.
