In an article published in issue 146 of Revista do Advogado, of AASP, Sebastião Tojal and Felipe Spinardi deal with the extension of the constitutional right to health and the responsibility of the State to implement it.
The authors point out the risks arising from misinterpretations of the constitutional wording and bring the criterion of legitimacy as a central point for the definition of state responsibilities in the realization of this fundamental right.
