According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, the projects that are part of the Investment Partnership Program (PPI) will not be interrupted due to the pandemic, which demonstrates the need to study contractual solutions that comply with the guidelines provided for in Law No. 13,334/2016.

In an article published by the iNFRA Agency, lawyer Bruna Rocha proposes, as an incentive trigger for the active participation of public agencies, required in Article 17 of the Law, that the risk of obtaining administrative acts and proceedings be allocated to the public partner, which, in addition to motivating the active participation of state agencies, would also contribute to a more efficient risk matrix.
