The TJ-SP confirmed, during yesterday’s session (04/FEB), the sentence that approved the self-mediation term entered into by the Public Prosecution Office of SP and CCR, represented by the partner of the firm Sebastião Tojal. The agreement, which was being questioned by the State of SP, determined, among other things, the payment of R$ 60 million to public coffers as fine and reimbursement, as well as R$ 17 million to Law USP – Law School of USP, which will be destined for the construction of its new library.
