Yesterday, the 23^rd, in the Supreme Court, there was the release of the book “Democracy and Justice System”, coordinated by the Ministers Alexandre de Moraes, Supreme Court (STF), and André Mendonça, from the Attorney General of the Union (AGU). It is a collective work in honor of Minister Dias Toffoli’s 10 years in the Federal Supreme Court. The work, which has 44 articles by different authors, contains a text written by partner Sebastião Tojal entitled “Legal Consequences of the State’s Non-Compliance with the Leniency Agreement and the mechanisms for guaranteeing contract execution and protecting the collaborating company”.
